September in Provence: a season in its own right
It would be a shame to reduce vacations in Provence to the month of August. September is the season that rewards those who know how to wait. Temperatures remain generous, the air is filled with the last aromas of lavender and garrigue, and the roads of the Vaucluse are once again calm.
Imagine strolling through the streets of Avignon without the pressure of summer, discovering the Pont Saint-Bénezet in the raking late afternoon light, or pushing on to Gordes, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse or L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue in a more intimate atmosphere. The Rhône stretches peacefully below the ramparts of the Popes, and the town is almost yours.
That’s precisely why we recommend extending your season beyond the summer. Our teams are on hand, and availabilities soon become tight.

What to expect at the campsite in September

Life at the campsite doesn’t stop with August. For our youngest guests, the Kids & Juniors club (4 to 12 years old) continues to offer adapted activities half a day a week: inflatable structures, mini accrobranche “Accrobambino” in a secure, fenced-in area.
